VisionLink Administrator is designed to provide administrative functions to the Unified Suite of applications. This application enables management of asset settings, users, reports, notifications, groups and projects, as well as the configuration of mixed-fleet data integration utilizing AEMP 1.2/2.0 and other APIs.
VisionLink Administrator allows user-assigned administrators to set up and manage users across the VisionLink Unified Suite of applications. User permissions to the various applications can be set in one central location with an easy-to-use interface.
Cross Cutting Application
VisionLink Administrator centralizes the management of the VisionLink Unified Suite of products to allow users to manage their workflows across multiple applications.
Mixed Fleet Integration
VisionLink Administrator allows users to integrate their mixed fleet assets, and add, edit and delete service providers. The application utilizes the AEMP 1.2/2.0 feed and other APIs.
VisionLink Administrator is where users have the ability to create, modify and manage the geofences within their account. Geofences are closed polygons that users can create on a map view to determine when an asset is in an area that it shouldn’t be, or when an asset is in an area that indicates it is part of a customer’s project.
Users can create, modify and manage groups of assets. Groups of assets can be used to track information on a customer selected group of assets using this feature across the VisionLink Unified Suite of applications. Users can quickly filter to a group of selected assets across the VisionLink Unified Suite.
Similar to Groups Management, Projects Management within VisionLink Administrator enables users to create, modify and manage projects. A project is a special geofence that can be used to track information on a customer selected geographical area that represents a project. Assets within the project area or geofence can easily be selected via a project filter to view numerous data elements across VisionLink Unified Suite applications.
Reports and Notifications Management
Within various VisionLink Unified Suite applications, users have the ability to start the creation process for reports and notifications. These tools can be used to automatically pull information from other VisionLink applications and email the information to users or to immediately notify users of specific conditions via an email or text.VisionLink Administrator is where these reports and notifications can be managed, allowing users to see all the notifications and reports in one place that have been created across all their VisionLink applications.
